Preplanning is the first step for creating our plan. There are a few things we need to accomplish in this stage:

1. Establishing a committee to work on the plan
2. Working on the Technology Mission Statement
3. Working on the Technology Vision Statement
4. Reviewing the current plan (there is currently a document with goals and objectives from 2007 to review. We will also look at school plans for 2010-2013)

This will complete Stage 1 for the Technology Planning
